Immerse your self in splendidly surreal and summary artistic endeavors when visiting two new reveals set to open in metropolis of Santa Clarita galleries this September. Residents are invited to discover the Canyon Nation Group Middle and First Flooring Gallery at Metropolis Corridor to see the items up shut and private all through the autumn.

On show from Sept. 9 via Dec. 16 on the Canyon Nation Group Middle, 18410 Sierra Freeway, Canyon Nation CA 91351, “Ocean Abstractions: Moist and Watery” is an summary exhibit that includes the work of native artist Nancy Eckel. Eckel’s love and curiosity within the ocean and nature are evident within the items on show. Though the works are clearly summary, the feel and colours carry the ocean imagery to life. A bunch present, “Surreal,” might be on show on the First Flooring Gallery at Metropolis Corridor, 23920 Valencia Blvd., Santa Clarita, CA 91355, from Sept. 16 via Dec. 9. The artwork on show highlights the progressive world of Surrealism, the motion synonymous with Salvador Dali, René Magritte, Frida Kahlo, Andre Breton, Man Ray and others. The artists on this group exhibition showcase the inspiration and affect this motion has had on their work via an array of subject material. Be a part of the town of Santa Clarita for a night to debate the featured paintings and get to know the artists behind these items on Friday, Sept. 23, from 6 p.m. to eight p.m. at Metropolis Corridor.
